Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington has been an Greek American columnist, author and entrepreneur for more than twenty years. She was co-founder of The Huffington Post, is the CEO and founder of Thrive Global as well an writer of 15 novels. Arianna Huffington is an independent liberal news site has a TV personality as well as a writer and charitable donor. When she moved into England from Greece at the age of 16 She earned an MA with Economics from Cambridge University. She was the first person who was not from the UK to become president of The Cambridge Union at the age of 21. Then she became a conservative syndicated writer after her graduation. When The Huffington Post launched a year later, she developed an online platform to voice opinions with a critique of current political scenarios. Arianna was able to attract several prominent contributors who posted their thoughts about politics and culture. She joined the Cambridge Union college debate society while in college and was the third and first female to serve as president. In 1972, her master's in Economics was awarded.
